What Save Babe is

Save Babe shows clearance and markdown prices we’ve seen at stores, with the date we last saw each one, so you can decide where to shop. It is an information service. We don’t sell the items, hold stock or take orders for any store.

Prices are information, not a promise

Prices are the latest we’ve seen and can be out of date or wrong. We don’t confirm that an item is in stock, whether a price applies in store or for pickup, or that a store will honor it. “Usually” prices are the price an item most often sells for across the stores we track, not a store’s former price or MSRP. Check with the store before you buy or travel, and remember that the price at the register is the price that counts.

Independent of retailers

Save Babe is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any retailer named on the site. Retailer names, logos and product images belong to their owners and appear only to identify whose price is shown.

Plans and limits

Free covers deals within 10 miles of a ZIP and 5 searches a day. Pro is $7.99 a month for 50 miles and 200 searches a day, billed monthly and cancellable anytime. Details are on the pricing page. Pro isn’t open for sign-up yet; billing terms will be shown before you pay. We may change plans in the future. Adding a retailer never raises an existing subscriber’s price.

Using Save Babe fairly

Please use Save Babe for your own shopping. Don’t:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-copy Save Babe’s prices or store data, or build a competing dataset from them;
• go around plan limits, for example by creating many accounts or clearing cookies to reset counts automatically;
• interfere with the site or connector, or try to access anything that isn’t meant for you;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Assistants you connect may call Save Babe on your behalf. That is fine, and those calls count toward your plan.

Accounts

The latest deals are visible to everyone; searching, comparing stores and the map need a free account. One account per person: keep your sign-in secure, give us accurate details and don’t create extra accounts to get around plan limits. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Ownership

The Save Babe site, brand, design and the way its data is organized belong to us. You may use them as described here. Retailer names, logos and product images remain their owners’.

No warranty, limited liability

Save Babe is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any price or deal is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from relying on a price, a trip that didn’t pay off, or the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as Save Babe grows. We’ll change the date above, and keep using the site means you accept the updated terms. See also our privacy page.
